Steven Garza is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as Chef at TAG Restaurant Group and Executive Chef at Guard and Grace since August 2022, Steven previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Fox Restaurant Concepts and Group Head Chef at Maximal Concepts, where responsibilities included menu development and operational consistency across multiple venues.
