Scott Arp

Scott Arp has extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as a Partner at TAG3 since January 2015 and also as President of Arp Consulting Inc. since December 2011. Prior roles include Process Development Engineer at Syntheon LLC, where responsibilities encompassed device development and quality compliance, and Lead Product Development Engineer at Safestitch Medical, focusing on hernia stapler innovations. Earlier positions involved significant contributions to regulatory compliance and validation efforts across multiple engineering firms, including Innovia LLC and Medcanica LLC. Scott's technical expertise is supported by an A.A. in Engineering from Miami Dade College and further education at Florida International University.
