Bahy Abdullah's work experience begins in 2016, when they worked at WUZZUF as a Customer Experience Specialist, ensuring the approval of new client signups and maintaining communication with clients. In 2017, they transitioned to an Online Customer Support role and later became a Call Center Agent.
In 2019, Bahy joined Forasna as a Customer Experience Specialist, where they continued to verify client signups and ensure client satisfaction.
Bahy's most recent role is with Tagaddod, where they started in September 2021 as an Account Manager. Bahy then progressed to the position of Sales Executive Team Leader and now holds the position of Regional Sales Manager. In this role, Bahy collaborates with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals, manages a sales team, and maximizes growth potential for the region. Bahy also relays customer insights and sales data to support product development.
Bahy Abdullah earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Cairo Higher Institutes, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
