Simon Clifton has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Simon is currently working as a Technical Project Manager at TagEnergy since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at WestWind Energy Pty Ltd in various roles. Simon served as the Head of Project Development & Delivery from May 2021 to December 2022, Head of Project Delivery from March 2020 to May 2021, and Senior Project Manager from December 2018 to March 2020. Simon also held positions as Project Manager from March 2018 to December 2018, Assistant Project Manager & Site Manager from July 2017 to February 2018, and Assistant Project Manager from March 2017 to July 2017. Before joining WestWind Energy Pty Ltd, they worked as an Associate at Exner Group Pty Ltd from August 2016 to March 2017.
Simon Clifton completed their education at two institutions. From 2007 to 2012, they attended Ballarat Secondary College, where they obtained a Victorian Certificate of Education. Following this, they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering at Federation University Australia from 2013 to 2017, earning a Civil Engineering Honours degree.
Simon Clifton also holds additional certifications. In May 2017, they obtained a certification in Wind Energy from Coursera Course Certificates. Additionally, they have a Certificate 2 in Agriculture, but the institution and date of acquisition are not provided.
