Previous roles include Director of IT/IM at the Canadian Museum of Nature, where operations in cloud computing and visitor engagement were enhanced, and Director of IT Transformation at Canadian Blood Services, focusing on IT infrastructure and a comprehensive transformation roadmap. With extensive experience at Nortel Networks and other organizations, Ivo possesses expertise in strategic planning, cloud integration, and system architecture.
