Rachel David has worked in the customer success and account management fields for over 14 years. Rachel began their career in 2007 at Intralinks, where they held the role of Client Services Manager. In this role, they consulted with key decision makers at Fortune 500 and equivalent sized companies, managed and maintained strong relationships with global strategic accounts, provided strategic sales team with technical/product support, and more. Rachel also held the role of Project Specialist at Intralinks.

In 2016, Rachel moved to Justworks, where they held the roles of Account Manager and Customer Success Specialist. Two years later, they joined Code Worldwide as a Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they moved to Lattice, where they held the same role. Most recently, Rachel has been an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Tagger since 2023.

Rachel David has a diverse educational background. Rachel began their educational journey by graduating from Nazareth Regional High School in 1998 with a High School Diploma in Liberal Arts. Rachel then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Metropolitan Studies (Public Administration Track) from New York University in 2002. In 2016, they earned an Advanced Certificate in Full Stack Web Development from CUNY New York City College of Technology. Currently, Rachel is pursuing a Master's degree in Christian Education at Lee University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
