Rheina Ale has worked in various roles since 2012. Rheina began their career as the Director of Operations at California State University, Northridge, where they coordinated various daily aspects of running a NCAA division 1 basketball program. In 2014, they joined SmartAction as an Office Manager, where they served as the office receptionist and the administrative assistant to the CEO. Rheina was responsible for budgeting, overseeing, and organizing office events, catering and corporate orders, as well as assisting the Senior VP of Operations with scheduling and logistics of meetings. In 2017, Ale began working at UCLA Athletics as a Student Athlete Development Intern, and at Bearly Marketing as a Campaign Supervisor. Rheina then joined Annex Cloud in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager, and is currently employed in the same role at Tagger.

Rheina Ale completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication, General from the University of San Francisco between 2008 and 2012.
