Tannen Delgado

Tannen Delgado has four years of professional experience in the field of People Operations. In 2022, they began working as a Freelance People Operations Manager for Intentional Culture Ops. Later that year, they began working as a People Operations Manager for Tagger, where they managed all day-to-day Human Resources requests, developed and led manager training, and assisted in designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy. In 2021, they worked as an Employee Engagement Specialist for Harry's, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as an Office Manager + People Ops Generalist for Hook from 2020-2021, where they provided day-to-day HR support for employees, implemented and managed Employee Resource Groups, standardized the planning and operations of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) events, programs, and initiatives, and executed all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, offboarding, and exit interviews.

Tannen Delgado completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing from San Jose State University between 2014 and 2018. In 2017, they also attended RMIT University for a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing. Tannen obtained a Human Resources Management certification from Cornell University in April 2022, a Corporate Social Responsibility certification from University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in April 2021, a Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite in November 2018, and a Mental Health First Aid certification from National Council for Behavioral Health.
