Hişar Kaya

Hişar Kaya has an extensive work experience in the field of IT and software development. Hişar is currently working as a Lead Front-End Engineer at Taggstar since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Contractor/Javascript Developer at Hesharp Ltd. from July 2017 to November 2022. Hişar also had a short stint as a Senior Frontend Developer at New Moon Future Solutions in January and February 2017.

Before these roles, Hişar worked at the Social Security Institution, TR from December 2006 to December 2016. Hişar served as an IT Specialist, where they managed a team of 3 developers and was responsible for the design and development of official documents archiving functionality. As a SCRUM Master, they coordinated Sprints and daily activities. Hişar also worked as an Analyst at the same organization, where they designed and developed a legal consultancy application as a full-stack developer. Hişar also built a web service application that interconnected government departments using WCF.

Earlier in their career, Hişar worked as an IT Team Lead at Ce Technology from December 2003 to December 2006. Hişar led a team of developers, a graphic designer, and a customer service representative in designing and developing websites using a built-in CMS system. Hişar also designed and developed a banking SMS functionality with pull and push services.

Hişar Kaya obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in 2017, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, between 1997 and 2001, they attended Eastern Mediterranean University where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering with a grade average of 3.20. In addition to their formal education, Hişar Kaya also earned certifications in ITIL 2011 Foundation from PEOPLECERT in February 2015, and in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in January 2015.
