The Business Analysis and Project Management team at Tagit is responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring successful implementation of digital banking solutions. The team consists of Senior Business Analysts who define business needs and translate them into functional specifications, a Lead Scrum Master who facilitates agile processes and oversees sprint executions, and a Project Manager who coordinates and monitors project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Their collective efforts ensure that the company's digital banking platform, Mobeix, meets client expectations and drives business growth.
