Jessica Bernstein-Danino

Jessica Bernstein-Danino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program development and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Experience and the Founder & Executive Director of Extension Programs at Taglit-Birthright Israel since July 2016, Jessica focuses on enhancing the experiences of Birthright Israel alumni. Previously, Jessica held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Masa Israel Journey from 2010 to 2015, and also served as the Director of Recruitment for North America at American Friends of IDC Herzliya between 2009 and 2010. Additional roles include Senior Project Manager at Bakehila and Program Manager & Facilitator at Amitei Bronfman. Early career experiences include working as a Translator and Cultural Liaison at The Washington Post and serving as a Sergeant in the Education Corps of the Israel Defense Forces. Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & English Literature from Bar-Ilan University.
