Natalie Davidsson has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. Natalie is currently serving as the Marketing Director at Tagmarshal since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager: Consultant at Customer Journey Project from March 2019 to June 2019, where they conducted an audit of customer journeys and implemented improvements to enhance the customer experience.

From February 2018 to February 2019, Natalie worked as a Marketing Manager at 24.com, where they developed marketing strategies for leading online brands and led a brand repositioning and marketing initiative for an e-commerce venture.

Before that, they served as a Senior Brand Manager (CRM) and Senior Brand Manager (Above the line & Retail) at MWEB from October 2015 to January 2018 and from January 2014 to September 2015, respectively. In these roles, Natalie introduced a new needs-based model into CRM strategy, developed retention-focused initiatives, and managed the MWEB brand through impactful campaigns and a new media strategy.

Prior to MWEB, Natalie worked as a Senior Brand Manager (CRM & Social Marketing) at MWEB from January 2011 to September 2013.

Natalie started their career at FCB South Africa as a Group Account Director, where they managed clients from various industries and was involved in above the line and below the line marketing activities.

Natalie also has experience as a Group Brand: Team Leader at FORWARDSLASH CONSULTING LIMITED from January 2004 to May 2006, and as an Account Manager at Prima Proximity (now ARC) CRM & BTL from October 2002 to December 2003.

Natalie Davidsson has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their Bachelor of Social Science degree, majoring in Psychology and English, at the University of Cape Town. Natalie then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing at the same university in 1999.

In recent years, Natalie has focused on enhancing their digital marketing skills. In 2015, they completed a Digital Marketing program at the Red & Yellow Creative School of Business. In 2017, they further expanded their expertise by completing a Digital Copywriting course at GetSmarter. Lastly, in 2019, Natalie attended the Red & Yellow Creative School of Business again to specialize in Digital Paid Media.
