Jari Salmi

Jari Salmi has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries.

Jari is currently working as Chief of Development at Tagomo Digital Oy Ltd. since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager at Nitro from May 2016 to August 2021.

Jari also worked as a Production Director at Vilperi Digimediat Oy from June 2015 to April 2016.

Before that, they were a Project Manager at Anders Innovations from November 2013 to June 2015, where they were involved in requirements gathering, software development, and ERP migration projects.

Jari gained extensive experience as a Production Manager at Vilperi Digimediat Oy from April 2010 to November 2013, where they played a pivotal role in building the firm and delivering online marketing solutions to customers.

Jari started their career as a Photographer and Editor at Focus Video Oy from 2002 to 2011, where they worked on various TV shows and documentaries.

Additionally, Jari has held positions as a Graphic Designer, Advertisement and Sign Maker, and Graphic Designer and Screenprinting Foreman at different companies in their early career, showcasing their versatility and adaptability.

Jari Salmi attended Turun Luostarivuoren lukio from 1995 to 1998 and obtained their Finnish Matriculation Examination. From 1999 to 2000, they completed a Videtyönkurssi at Kansansivistysliitto. In 2001 and 2002, they took a Mediakäsikirjoittaja - kurssi at Paasikiviopisto. Jari then studied at Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007, receiving a degree in IT-Tradenomi with a focus on Multimedia. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Turun Aikuiskoulutuskeskus for coding courses in Java, PHP, and XML.
