Paul Tilstone is a seasoned professional in the travel and meetings sector, currently serving as the Founder of temoji consulting since April 2024, focusing on supplier sector consultancy. Tilstone also advises tagtu, a startup dedicated to enhancing business travel sustainability. Previously, as Co-founder and Managing Partner at FESTIVE ROAD from January 2014 to April 2024, Tilstone helped establish the leading consultancy in the industry. Notable past roles include Board Director at the Global Business Travel Association, SVP of Global Development for GBTA, Non-Executive Director at Xenia S.p.a., and CEO of the Institute of Travel & Meetings in the UK and Ireland, complemented by experience in sales and marketing at P & O Business Travel and Statesman Travel Services. Educational credentials include a Wharton School program in Business Travel Management and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
