Mat Benne

Mat Benne has a diverse background in the culinary field, having served as a Chef at The Tavern On Penn from October 2012 to December 2015, where responsibilities included operations management, purchasing consultation, and menu execution. Prior to this, Mat worked as a Line Cook at 3rd and Spruce Cafe from July 2010 to September 2012, focusing on short order cooking and preparations management. Currently, Mat holds the position of Receiver at Tague Lumber Inc. Mat's culinary education was pursued at Pennsylvania College of Technology from 2005 to 2006, specializing in Culinary Arts and Chef Training.
