Mete Öcal

Mete Öcal has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mete started their career as an Assistant Researcher at the Technical University of Berlin in 2004 and worked there until 2006. Following that, they joined Altran as a Consultant from December 2006 to July 2009. In July 2009, they moved to Tagueri AG, where they held various roles, including Senior Consultant and Manager until December 2019. From January 2020 to May 2022, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tagueri AG before taking on the role of Chief People Officer in May 2022. Throughout their career, they have been involved in projects related to process visualization, strategy workshops, and trainings for companies in the automotive, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors. Mete has also demonstrated their expertise in business development and team management.

Mete Öcal pursued their education with Sabanci University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering from 2000 to 2004. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Technische Universität Berlin between 2004 and 2006. There, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Global Production Engineering.
