Marc Robillard has a strong background in the pharmaceutical and research industries. Marc started their career as a Synthetic Chemist at Syncom BV in 1996. In 2003, they worked as a Scientist at Kreatech before joining Philips Research as a Senior Scientist and Project Leader. At Philips Research, they played a key role in defining and initiating the molecular medicine research program and led the team working on In Vivo Chemistry technology. In 2012, Marc founded Tagworks Pharmaceuticals, where they currently serve as the CEO and Founder. Marc has developed a unique approach towards antibody-based imaging and therapy, improving the efficacy of established approaches in the field.
Marc Robillard completed a PhD in bioorganic and bioinorganic chemistry from Leiden University from 1997 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Organic Chemistry from the University of Groningen, where they studied from 1990 to 1996.

The company’s facilities are located at the Radboud University Medical Center in Nijmegen. Founded in 2011, Tagworks is aspin-out of Philips Healthcare, and originates from Philips’ molecular imaging expertise.
