Ujwal Tripurari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and operational excellence across multiple sectors, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and IT. Currently serving as a Transformation Lead at Tag since September 2022, Ujwal previously held the role of Practice Operations Manager in Insights & Analytics at Novartis from June 2018 to December 2021. Ujwal's freelance work as a Strategy and OPEX Consultant included significant process optimizations and strategic planning that led to notable revenue increases for various organizations. From 2013 to 2017, Ujwal was a Lead Consultant and Director at KINDUZ Business Consulting, where strategic initiatives resulted in substantial growth for key clients.
