Ahmad Alfilimbany

Ahmad Alfilimbany is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, procurement, and audit leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director and Acting Head of Contracts and Procurement at the Public Investment Fund since May 2017, Ahmad also provides strategic oversight as Audit Committee Chairman and Board Member at Tahakom Investments Company. As Regional Director for the Middle East & Asia Pacific at The Dandelion Philosophy, Ahmad contributes significant expertise in governance and operational excellence. With previous roles including Head of Operations at Hassana Investment Company and Vice President at The Northern Trust Company of Saudi Arabia, Ahmad has a proven track record in managing comprehensive operational strategies, enhancing service delivery, and fostering talent development. Ahmad holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from DePaul University.
