Muhammad Qamar Alam possesses extensive experience in network engineering and management, currently serving as a NOC Engineer at TAHAKOM since December 2021, focusing on configurations, troubleshooting, and monitoring of customer networks. Prior to this role, Muhammad held a position as Team Leader at Saudi Telecom Company since December 2010, where responsibilities included project management for MPLS, FTTx, and other initiatives, alongside implementing regional network security. Previous positions at Saudi Telecom included NOC Engineer for the MSAN Access Network, and earlier experience at MDSA and MCB Bank as a Network Engineer concentrated on ATM switch systems. Muhammad holds a Master's in Computer Science specializing in Networks from PAF KIT and a Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, and Physics from Karachi University.
