Osama Fahad al Jebawi

Osama Fahad Al Jebawi, MBA, ITIL has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology infrastructure management and administration.

Starting in 1998, they held the role of Information Technology Manager at ART / Arab Radio & Television for over 11 years.

In 2010, they joined Dallah Trans Arabia- Traffic / Saher Violation Center as a Senior Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead. During their tenure, they focused on enhancing system uptime, resolving critical technical issues, improving service level achievement, and implementing procedures to improve ticket handling, resulting in improved service levels and customer satisfaction.

Currently, they are serving as a Senior Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead at TAHAKOM since 2015. In this role, they are responsible for maintaining and administering domain servers, VMware servers, Hyper-V, and backup systems. Osama Fahad also played a crucial role in planning, designing, and implementing VMware vSphere and had experience in various aspects of system administration, including Active Directory, Data Backup, Exchange, Hyper-V, SAN Experience, and Disaster Recovery. Additionally, they led the implementation of ISO 20001, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001, earning three certificates and establishing TAHAKOM as a pioneer in Saudi Arabia.

Osama Fahad Al Jebawi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, obtained from Cambridge International College from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from King AbdulAziz University between 1991 and 1995.

Aside from their formal education, Osama has acquired several additional certifications in various areas. Osama Fahad is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). Osama Fahad has also obtained certifications in EMC Networker Installation, Configuration, and Administration, EMC VNX2 Storage administration, HP Blade System Administration, ITIL® v3 Foundation Certified, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security (MCSE), Microsoft Systems Engineer, Nortel Certified Communication Server 1000 System Administration Management (CCS 1000), PMP - Project Management Professional, and VMware Certified Professional 6.5.
