Ahmed Faidah

Ahmed Faidah is currently working at Tahaluf as a Sales Operations & Admin Support since November 2023. Tahaluf is recognized as Saudi Arabia's largest B2B event organizer and is a joint venture involving Informa PLC, the world's largest tradeshow organizer, among others. Prior to this role, Ahmed served as a Customer Relations Specialist at ALBAIK Food Systems Co. from June 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Ahmed also held a similar position at IKEA from July 2017 to September 2021, managing the Main Information Desk and assisting customers with various needs. Additionally, Ahmed completed a Data Science & Big Data Internship at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia in mid-2021. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Data Science and Analysis from the University of Jeddah, obtained in January 2022.
