Michelle Miller

Michelle joined Carson Tahoe Health from Tenet Healthcare where she most recently served as the Chief Human Resource Officer for the San Antonio Texas Region. Her experience in the Texas and California markets includes many successes in HR operations, leadership development, HR Information Systems, labor relations, recruitment, and organizational development. Michelle holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and completed her Bachelors and Master’s Degrees in Healthcare Administration. Michelle has an achiever attitude and truly understands how people and culture form the foundation of the success.
