Alissa Whelan Pt

Alissa Whelan PT, DPT currently serves as the Team Lead Physical Therapist at Tahoe Forest Health System since July 2021. Previously, Alissa held the position of Physical Therapist at Renown Health from November 2020 to February 2022 and at UCSF Health from January 2018 to November 2020. Alissa gained early experience as a Student Physical Therapist at St. Joseph Health and UCSF Medical Center in 2017 and as a Student Physical Therapist at Physiotherapy Associates in 2015. Prior work includes serving as a Physical Therapy Aide at Stanford Health Care from June 2013 to May 2014. Alissa obtained a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco, and San Francisco State University, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara.
