Rachel McNellis

Rachel McNellis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rachel started their career as a Receptionist at Hair Unlimited in 2005 and worked there until 2009. From 2008 to 2012, they were also heavily involved in the UMD Women's Lacrosse team, eventually becoming Co-President and Captain.

In 2011, Rachel volunteered at Plymouth Soccer Association and Chris Jensen Health & Rehabilitation Center. Rachel then interned as a Worksite Wellness Specialist at Duluth Area Family YMCA from January to May 2012. During the same period, they also volunteered as a Promotion's Assistant & Social Media Strategist at Healthy Duluth Area Coalition.

Rachel joined the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2009 as an Office Assistant and worked there until 2012. Rachel concurrently took on the role of Coach for the University of Minnesota Duluth - Women's Lacrosse team from 2012 to 2014.

In 2012, Rachel started working at Target as a Senior Sourcing Specialist until 2014, then transitioned to a Business Analyst role until 2015. Following this, they joined Tai Apparel as a Sr Account Manager in 2015 and currently holds the position of Director of Sales and Business Development since 2023.

Rachel McNellis completed their undergraduate education from 2008 to 2012 at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Rachel earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Management BBA and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish BA. The field of study for their first degree is unspecified. In 2010, they also briefly studied at Universidad Pablo de Olavide, where they focused on Spanish and International Business.
