Prior to Tai Calon, Howard has been Chief Executive for a couple of housing associations in England. He is delighted to now be working in Wales. Howard believes that access to good quality affordable housing is essential for the success of healthy and resilient communities. He passionately believes in putting tenants and residents at the very heart of everything we do.
