Katie Morgan

Katie Morgan has a diverse work experience in the housing and technology sectors. Katie started their career at NPTCBC as a Senior Housing Assistant/Housing Assistant from March 2008 to April 2010. Katie then moved on to NPT Homes Ltd. as a Housing Officer from May 2010 to March 2013. After that, they joined NPT Homes as a Business Improvement Manager from April 2013 to November 2015. Katie's next role was at Tai Tarian as a Service Delivery & Innovation Manager from November 2015 to December 2019. Katie then became Deputy Head of Technology and Innovation at Tai Tarian from December 2019 to July 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Housing Transformation at Tai Tarian from August 2021 onwards.

Katie Morgan's education history includes three notable experiences. In 2011 to 2012, they attended Cardiff Metropolitan University, where they pursued a degree in HNC Housing Policy and Practice. Following this, in 2013, they attended the University of South Wales to complete their degree as a PRINCE 2 Practitioner in the field of Project Management. Finally, in 2014 to 2015, they enrolled in The Open University to acquire a Postgraduate Certificate in Technology Management, specializing in Information Technology.
