Paul Phillips

Paul Phillips is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technology and Innovation at Tai Tarian since October 2010. In this role, Paul focuses on developing and implementing an ICT strategy that enhances organizational efficiency, supports objectives, and improves customer service through effective technological solutions and infrastructure. Prior to this, Paul worked at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council from 1995 to 2010, where responsibilities included designing and managing infrastructure and business solutions as an Information and Infrastructure Architect, as well as serving as Deputy ICT Manager. Key technological expertise includes Database Administration (MS SQL Server and Oracle), VMware ESX, in-house development of Oracle applications, Corporate GIS (ESRI), and Visual Basic.
