Layal Ktaych has extensive work experience in the healthcare and hospitality industries. Layal began their career at Taiba Hospital in 2006 as a Hospitality & Patient Services Supervisor, and quickly moved up the ranks to become the Hospitality & Patient Services Manager. Layal then transitioned to a role as the Customer Services Director, followed by the Patient Experience Director. In 2019, Layal became the Revenue Cycle Management Director at Taiba Hospital, and in 2023, they were promoted to the position of Clinical Operations Director. Prior to their time at Taiba Hospital, Layal worked as a Management Intern at Hilton Alexandria Old Town from 2004 to 2005.
Layal Ktaych holds a Master's Degree in International Competitiveness from Université Grenoble Alpes. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics with a focus on Company Strategy from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI).
