Louise Howard

Louise is currently the Head of Legal at Taiga Cloud since November 2023. Prior to this role, at Daon where Louise held the position of Senior Legal Counsel since March 2022. Before that, Louise worked at Accenture from January 2011 to November 2023, initially as a Legal Counsel and later as the Head of Legal. Louise's responsibilities include advising on technology-related matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal support for global innovation centers, and serving as an IP committee member. Louise is also involved in legal review processes, contract management, and providing legal support for various corporate functions. Louise is known for their expertise in IP protection, compliance, and delivering quality legal services to senior stakeholders.
