Simon Lajoie started their career in the field of automation engineering at NJM Packaging in 2015, where Simon eventually took on the role of Mechanical Design Engineer. Simon then moved on to Vention in 2021 before joining Taiga Motors as a Controls Engineer, later stepping up to the position of Technical Lead - Controls Engineering. Simon holds a Baccalauréat in Mechanical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and a Diplôme d'études collégiales technique in Mechanical Engineering from Cegep du Vieux Montreal.
