Jay Jeon (Jinmyoun)

Jay(Jinmyoun) Jeon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Jay(Jinmyoun) began their career in 1993 as an Engineer at DaeWoo Motor Co. Ltd and later joined Korea EMS co. Ltd as a Quality Engineer. Jay(Jinmyoun) then moved to MAHLE Donghyun Filter Systems and held the position of QM Manager, where they were responsible for plant and business movement, product APQP, PPAP, claim and customer audits, and ISO/TS16949;2002 certification.

Jay(Jinmyoun) Jeon then joined DaimlerChrysler LLC as a Supplier Quality Engineer before returning to MAHLE Donghyun Filter Systems as a Director and held various roles such as Director at Supplier Quality Head of APAC Chemical commodity in FCA Korea. Jay(Jinmyoun) furthered their career as the Supplier Quality Head of APAC Body/Exterior, Interior at MAHLE Donghyun Filter Systems.

In their most recent experience, they worked as the Quality Head of Taihan Fiberoptics. Throughout their career, Jay(Jinmyoun) Jeon has demonstrated expertise in supplier evaluation, APQP leading, PPA/PPAP approval, problem-solving, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Jay Jeon completed their bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Yonsei University from 1986 to 1992. Jay(Jinmyoun) then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Sungkyunkwan University from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jay Jeon also obtained a Black Belt of Six Sigma certification from SSMI Group in December 2012.
