Sofia Forgione

Sofia Forgione is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and HR information systems. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Compensation & HRIS at Taiho Oncology, Inc. since October 2022, Sofia previously held the position of VP - Director of Incentive Compensation and HRIS at WSFS Bank after its acquisition of Bryn Mawr Trust. At Bryn Mawr Trust, Sofia managed compensation and benefits programs from May 2019 to January 2022, successfully enhancing benefits plans with minimal additional costs. Over the years, Sofia has held several key roles, including Compensation Director at Penn Mutual and Global HR Systems Manager at Keystone Foods, contributing to the design and implementation of compensation strategies and HR systems. Sofia began the career in human resources at Penndel Mental Health Center and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
