Dolev Lankri has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2008 when they served as an Executive Assistant for the Israel Defense Forces. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Camp Educator for Camp Teko and as a Mental Health Facility Coordinator for Bar Enush - Tiferet Alumim. Dolev was responsible for creating a sense of community and prosperity for the 20 residents of the facility. In 2013, they served as an Assistant Manager for Omnitech, where they were a company liaison between the Israeli justice system, police, and local social workers. Dolev also managed a team of 20 employees and was responsible for coordination with local law enforcement agencies and the judicial system to obtain video footage to be transcribed. In the same year, they worked as a Social Guide for The Jewish Agency for Israel. From 2014-2017, they were Self Employed and held two roles: a Licensed Tour Guide and Founding Team of Stickr, an online magazine. Dolev was responsible for bringing up the magazine from scratch, project management, copywriting, and content creating. The site was purchased by Istudent. In 2017, they worked as an Analyst and Representative for New Wave Research, where they were responsible for information collection and analysis of the consumer activity in the products market, as well as customer service, troubleshooting, and data entry. In 2021, they are currently a Customer Solutions Manager for Tailor Brands.

Dolev Lankri obtained a Licentiate degree in Tour Guide from Yad Itzhak Ben Zvi between 2013 and 2015. Before that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Harav Thumi in 2008.
