Kevin Gillen

Kevin Gillen is a seasoned professional in business development and project management, currently serving on the founding team at Tailorbird since April 2020. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Director of Project Development at Cross Properties from September 2013 to April 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing multifamily and mixed-use projects totaling $500MM in the greater Philadelphia area, advancing them through planning, approval, design, and construction phases. Earlier experience as an Analyst involved sourcing deals, underwriting, and conducting market research for investment opportunities, along with managing due diligence and capital sourcing for acquisitions. Kevin's career began with an internship in financial analysis at Towers Watson. Educational qualifications include attendance at The Johns Hopkins University and St. Joseph's Preparatory School.
