David Ennis

David Ennis possesses extensive experience in facility management, consulting, and community service. Currently serving as Supervisor of Facilities for Atlantic County since October 2022, Ennis also holds the role of Fashion Consultant at Tailored Brands, Inc. since August 2017. Ennis is the Church Planter and Founder at IN HIS PRESENCE WORSHIP CENTER, active since September 2002. Previous positions include Resident Supervisor at THE KINTOCK GROUP OF NEW JERSEY, INC. from April 2019 to July 2021 and Commissioner of Public Works for Millville City from January 2014 to 2018. Ennis started a career in collections as a Field Rep for South Jersey Industries from February 1991 to April 2005 and served as a Correctional Officer at the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department from May 1984 to September 1990. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Urban Education and Leadership from Biblical Theological Seminary University (2010-2013) and studies at Philadelphia Biblical University (2007-2010).
