Neeti Bambroo

Neeti Bambroo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR technology and operations, currently serving as the Director of HR Technology & HR Operations at Tailored Brands, Inc. since January 2017. In this role, Neeti leads efforts to enhance employee engagement through technological solutions, collaborating closely with HR leadership and business partners. Previous positions include HRIS Technology Manager and Senior Business Analyst, as well as significant roles at Infosys as a Peoplesoft Consultant and Technology Architect, where Neeti specialized in PeopleSoft HRMS functionalities. Neeti began a career as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra, focusing on database and application development. Neeti holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
