Paul Soldatos

Mr. Soldatos is a Board member and senior advisor in the industrial, service and consumer/retail sectors. He has international experience in M&A, strategic assessment, organizational transformation and financial restructuring. Mr. Soldatos has been an active Board member for a range of public and private companies including McDermott International, Steenbok Newco 3 Limited (a holding company within Steinhoff group), Mattress Firm, Pepco Group Limited, Gucci Group N.V., Saks Holdings Inc., Convenience Foods Systems BV, and Evoca S.P.A. During his tenure on these Boards, Mr. Soldatos has served as Board Chairman (Steenbok Newco, Mattress Firm), Renumeration Committee Chairman (Pepco), Nominating Committee Chairman (Pepco) and Member (various Boards) of CEO Search, CFO Search, Director Search, Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Governance Committees. Mr. Soldatos previously was a Partner and Member of the Management Committee of AEA Investors LP.

Mr. Soldatos was appointed to the Tailored Brands Board of Directors as Chairman of the Board in March of 2021.
