Yen Chu

Yen Chu is the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Tailored Brands, Inc. Yen is also a member of the Board of Directors at DirectWomen, a non-profit organization aiming to increase the representation of women lawyers on corporate boards. Previously, Yen served as the EVP and Chief Legal Officer at Equinox, overseeing legal matters, government affairs, and the ESG program. Yen also held positions at companies such as Bloomberg Law, Ralph Lauren, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Yen holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A., Summa Cum Laude, in International Relations from the University of Minnesota.
