Nicole Riker

Nicole Riker is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and research, currently serving as the Research Director at Tailored Food, where responsibilities include coordinating research strategies aimed at transforming food systems and improving nutrition in the ESARO region. Previously, Nicole held the role of Project Manager at Global Emergency Relief, Recovery and Reconstruction (GER3), creating an effective assessment system for disaster relief efforts. As Operations Coordinator, significant work involved researching hurricane-affected communities to develop sustainable projects addressing shelter, WASH, and food security. Additional experience includes organizing international events as a Project Manager at Seeds&Chips and overseeing a team for research initiatives at FONDAZIONE IRCCS ISTITUTO NEUROLOGICO CARLO BESTA. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Global Politics from The American University of Rome.
