Tailored Property Group is a boutique, investor-led buyer’s agency that helps everyday Aussies build high-performing property portfolios without the stress or guesswork.

Founded by husband & wife team Michael & Nicole Kowalczyk - active investors with an 8-figure portfolio and four young kids - we know what it’s like to juggle family, finances and the dream of creating a better future.

We built our own portfolio the hard way, learning through trial and error before turning it into a business that now supports over 100 clients nationwide. In 2024, our clients achieved an average of 29.6% capital growth in just 12 months - proof that the right strategy delivers real results.

We’re not about hype or cookie cutter advice. We combine data, negotiation and value-add strategies, like renovations, granny flats & dual-income setups to help you grow faster, smarter and with a team behind you every step of the way.
