Franki Lake

Franki Lake has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries.

Starting in 2004, Franki was a member of the British Alpine Ski Team until 2011, winning British and English titles and competing internationally. While at the University of Bristol, they also gained a coaching qualification and coached race teams worldwide.

In 2011, Franki served as the President of the University of Bristol Snowsports Club, managing a 16-person committee and organizing a successful 700-person ski trip.

From 2012 to 2017, Franki worked at Accenture UK, first as an Analyst (Intern), where they focused on improving Agile methodologies and collaborating with the design team. They later became a Digital Analyst and then a UX Designer, demonstrating their growth in the company.

From 2017 to 2020, Franki joined SPARCK, where they held the roles of UX Design and Product Manager as well as Head of DesignOps. During this time, they led projects focused on user research, operating model design, and e-commerce web design.

Since 2020, Franki has been working at tails.com as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing product development and strategy.

Franki Lake has a strong educational background with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics, Finance, and Management from the University of Bristol, which was obtained in 2013. Prior to that, Franki earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, completed in 2012. In addition to these formal degrees, Franki also holds certifications in various fields. In 2015, Franki obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, and in 2020, completed the Insights in Innovation course at IDEO U.
