Iza Pastuszynska

Iza Pastuszynska has a diverse work experience in various companies. Iza is currently working as a Full Stack Software Engineer at tails.com since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BT for 4 years from March 2019 to May 2022, starting as a Junior Software Developer and later becoming a Software Developer. Iza also worked as a Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant & Project Manager in a freelance capacity from June 2017 to October 2018. Before that, they worked at Intel Corporation as a Project Manager - Corporate Affairs (Central Eastern Europe) from June 2011 to March 2017, where they contributed to the development and execution of the Social Responsibility strategy, focused on STEM, IoT, and coding skills. Additionally, they worked as a Junior Corporate Responsibility Specialist in the PR and Communication Department at Totalizator Sportowy Sp. z o.o. from June 2010 to May 2011.

Iza Pastuszynska completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews from 2005 to 2009. Iza then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Warsaw from 2009 to 2011. In 2012 to 2013, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of Warsaw, with a thesis focusing on software development standards such as Waterfall, RUP, spiral, RAD, and Agile. In 2017, Iza Pastuszynska attended Code First: Girls for an Introduction to web development.
