Customer Experience Specialist - Tech Support at Tails.com

Katie North has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie began their career in 2007 as a Child Care Worker at Future Kids Pre School and worked there until 2009. In 2010, they took on the role of Assistant Manager at Tree of Life, where they actively participated in window and plinth displays and handled sales and transactions. At the same time, they also pursued their education as a student at The Australian Institute of Music until 2011.

In 2011, Katie worked as a Media Assistant at Foxtel, where they provided general assistance on live productions and supported employees in control rooms and on the floor. Katie worked there until December 2011.

From 2012 to 2013, they took on the role of Copyright at Kobalt Music. In 2014, they worked as an intern at HUB Artist Services for a brief period before transitioning to a Music Administrator position at Seven Network Limited, where they served from March to August 2014.

In November 2014, Katie became a Certified Personal Trainer at LA Fitness and worked there until December 2015. Katie then joined The Gym Group as a Certified Personal Trainer from January 2016 to November 2017.

Since November 2017, they have been employed by Tails.com as a Customer Experience Specialist - Tech Support.

Katie North's education history begins with their completion of a Higher School Certificate at Riverside Girls High School from 1999 to 2004. Afterward, they attended the Australian Institute of Music from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Entertainment Management degree, specializing in publishing. During the same period, they also pursued studies at the Australian Institute of Music in various fields, such as law, project and event management, and tour management. Finally, they attended the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers until 2014, earning a REPS 2/REPS 3 certification in Health and Physical Education/Fitness.
