Maria Theo

Maria Theo has diverse work experience in the customer service and support field. Maria is currently working as a Customer Experience Specialist at tails.com since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Care representative at Paws Group from November 2021 to September 2022. Maria also has experience as a Support worker/mentor at Mencap from June 2016 to November 2021. In addition, they worked as a Director at The little dog walking company Ltd from May 2020 to October 2021 and as a Team Leader at Bright & Beautiful from March 2014 to April 2015.

Maria Theo attended Wrotham School from 2007 to 2013, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Studies. In addition to their formal education, Maria has also obtained certifications in Effective Mentoring from City & Guilds in November 2019, and in Health and Social Care from City & Guilds in January 2017.
