Ryan McCostlin

Ryan McCostlin is the Founder & CEO of Tailwater, a company that acquires majority stake in dental practices and provides non-clinical management services. Prior to his current role, Ryan was a Partner at The Nashton Company, a holding company investing in recurring revenue services businesses. He also served as the Head of Finance and People Operations at Bernard Health, where he helped employers and individuals find affordable healthcare solutions and built software for HR and benefits administration. In addition, Ryan was an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt University and worked as a Senior Associate at Huron Consulting Group. With an MBA from Yale University and a Bachelor's Degree from Vanderbilt University, Ryan has a strong background in finance, operations, and healthcare consulting.
