What is Cultural Intelligence Coaching?

Managing culturally diverse teams is rarely straight forward and riddled with pitfalls that can materially impact the effectiveness of both leader and the team. 
Many companies assume that senior executives can be relocated overseas to work in cultures alien to their own, or can begin to manage multicultural teams, with the minimum support and understanding of how to get the best out of their people. They believe that they must already have these skills or that they can learn as they go. 
These assumptions can greatly inhibit or delay progress against the team goals and can leave the executive confused and frustrated. 
Cultural Intelligence coaching provides a platform whereby these individuals can be helped to understand how they might best operate within these alien markets or interreact with unfamiliar cultures to achieve their goals. This can materially affect both leader and team performance and avoid damaging misunderstandings and miscalculations.
