James S. Hoch

Jim co-founded Tailwind and is a Partner of the Firm, focusing on technology and business services investments.

Jim has been active in the private equity business for more than 30 years and has served as a board member of over 25 private equity-backed companies. Jim began his career at Morgan Stanley where he was a Managing Director, and among other responsibilities he led the European private equity activities.

Jim is graduate of Williams College and the Harvard Business School.
