Lydia Lim

Lydia was born and raised in Taiwan, attending TAS from grades 6 through 12. She studied Food Science (Management & Operations) at Cornell University, French Cuisine and Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu London, and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of New South Wales (Australia). She joined General Mills Australia in Research & Development before transferring to General Mills China as an automation engineer, based in Shanghai.

She moved back to Taiwan in 2006 and has two children, one in middle school and one in lower school. While raising her kids, she operated Lizzie’s Cakery before going back to school to pursue a Master’s degree in Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport.
