Hajime Yamamoto is a seasoned professional in geotechnical research and engineering with extensive experience at Taisei Corporation since April 1995. Currently serving as General Manager of the Geotechnical Research Section and Executive Chief Research Engineer at Taisei Advanced Center of Technology, Hajime oversees diverse research areas such as subsurface civil and environmental engineering, including foundations, tunnels, and geothermal energy. Previous roles encompass leadership in hydrogeology and senior research engineering, focusing on numerical modeling and geological transport processes.
